About "SilkwormBase"

SilkwormBase is an integrated database of Silkworm Resources.

SilkwormBase is composed of

1. Genetic resource stock information

2. Mutant genetic information

3. Reference information (focused on references related to the gene name)

4. Distribution request information

5. Related site links, etc.

This is a joint project the resource center for the National BioResource Project -Silkworm- (Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyushu University) and the information center (National Institute for Genetics).

Feedback and suggestions to improve the SilkwormBase are most welcome. We continue to provide new information through this site. We would also appreciate you to send the paper information upon publication of research outcome using our resources.
