Announcement for Cease of Publication of Rice Genetics Newsletter
In the meeting of Rice Genetics Cooperative (RGC) in 6th International Rice Genetics Symposium held in Manila in 2009 November, the RGC committee members discussed the role and probability of continuing RGN on-line publication. The committee members agreed that RGN activities could be taken over or replaced by many other journals and/or DB-based information, because of rapid progress of rice genetics fields. Finally, the committee decided to cease publication of Rice Genetics Newsletter in 2009.
