Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as granting any license under any intellectual property rights vested into DEVELOPER or any right to use the BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL or any of DEVELOPER`s information other than herein expressly specified. For Avoidance of doubt, the RECIPIENT shall not use the BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL or any modifications for any commercial or non-academic purpose without the prior written consent from the DEVELOPER.
