TG1339_Tg(Gt I)-nab2 Characteristic embryonic fluorescence patterns in the gene trap line FSI-Tg(GtI)-nab2. The nab2-GtI pattern is characterized by a weak ubiquitous expression and an intensive stripe (prospective rhombomere 3; arrowhead) in the hindbrain at 1 dpf (A). Two stripes likely corresponding to the rhombomeres 3 and 5 are visible from 2 dpf (b) until 3 dpf (c). |
