Anemonia majano cyan fluorescent protein (AmCyan) is expressed under the control of the medaka beta actin promoter. The AmCyan expression is observed in whole body, and the DsRed expression is observed after Cre recombinase activation. The Cab line was used for establishment of the beta-Actin-loxP-AmCyan1-loxP-DsRed2-1 transgenic medaka.
