Strain ID | TG1258 |
Strain Name | sox10b-DsRed2 |
Strain Type | Transgenics |
Characteristics | Sox10b is a transcription factor of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family. A 4 kb genomic fragment encompassing the sox10b promoter region was cloned into the HindIII-SalI sites of the pDsRed2-1 vector (CLONTECH). The DsRed expression is observed in putative neural crest-derived cells. |
