Required Forms
|
Some country needs import permit labels/documents (USA, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan etc.), animal identification, health certification and so on. Please make sure to send all required forms along with a copy of your order confirmation mail. We cannot guarantee the shipment if we don't receive exact forms.

We require USDA permit label/document and DOMESTIC air waybill.
Please address the domestic air waybill from the Plant Inspection
Station, listed on the blue & white import label, to final address as
outlined on the permit/notification. The international waybill,
printed at NIG, brings the material into the US and to the
appropriate plant inspection station. The inspector at the station
will attach the domestic air waybill to the package and forward to
the final destination.
