Required Forms
|
We require full filled TWO ORIGINAL MTA forms for each order.
Some country needs import permit labels/documents (USA, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan etc.),
animal identification, health certification and so on.
Please make sure to enclose all required forms along the MTA.
We cannot guarantee the shipment if we don't receive exact forms.

US Customers's Required Forms (CLICK HERE)

We require USDA permit label/document and DOMESTIC air waybill.
Please address the domestic air waybill from the Plant Inspection
Station, listed on the blue & white import label, to final address as
outlined on the permit/notification. The international waybill,
printed at NIG, brings the material into the US and to the
appropriate plant inspection station. The inspector at the station
will attach the domestic air waybill to the package and forward to
the final destination.

Pre-clearance period is from the day you place order until the shipment is settled.
You will not be charged at the moment you place an order.
Payment will be settled the day we confirm your shipment.

otherwise your order will be expired and canceled.
