| About the Barley Database |

This database includes the information about barley germplasm
and barley genome analysis in the Research Institute for Bioresources,
Okayama University. The information of barley genome analysis,
which has been generated recently, may give us updated analysis techniques and new information onto barley germplasm. We hope these resources greatly encourage the progress of barley research. The database is designed by Dr. Yukiko Yamazaki (Center for Genetic Resource Information, National Institute of Genetics) and Dr. Kazuhiro Sato (Research Institute for Bioresources, Okayama University) by the support of National Bioresource Project from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan. |
